Experience the thrilling backyard ultra race in Alice Springs.
The Red Centre Wringer is the Alice Springs Running and Walking Club’s backyard ultra event. We want our trail-running community to test their endurance, meet as a community, and celebrate it. It is a grassroots event that captures the Alice Springs trail community's charm.
The event takes place at the Telegraph Station Historical Reserve in Alice Springs. The course is on the East/Stuart/Arrwe loop, which is about 6.7 km and has approx. 64 m of elevation gain. The trail has varied terrain throughout and is mostly single-track, showcasing what is amazing about trail running in Alice Springs.
